Transmutation and sublimation

Transmutation and sublimation of creative potential involves the transformation of sexual secretions (mainly sperm in the case of men and menstrual fluids in the case of women) into subtle energy, which is then directed upwards to the higher levels of being, thus becoming, through sublimation, volitional, affective, mental or spiritual subtle energy.

In this way, what the human being (man or woman) simply discards as something useless becomes, through transmutation and sublimation, an extraordinary source of invigorating energy, which enhances the being's beneficial capacities to an astonishing degree, just as an atomic power plant is a source of energy that allows for multiple and even sophisticated activities.
The closer this transformation, achieved through transmutation and sublimation, comes to an effective transformation of the entire creative-sexual potential into energy, energy which is then directed upwards to the higher vibratory levels of the being, the more the effects that occur lead to the awakening of the latent capacities of the human being (capacities which appear to ordinary people as miraculous or paranormal) and the faster its spiritual evolution.
In order to achieve this goal, there are certain yoga procedures (body postures (asana-e), pranayama exercises, meditation procedures) which, if carried out consistently, lead to the transmutation and sublimation of the human being's creative-sexual potential. However, especially where there is some difficulty in this direction, the systematic use of certain beneficial herbs is salutary.
Many of the beneficial plants purify and harmonise the physical and subtle structure of the human being and, at the same time, some of them catalyse the transmutation phenomena (transformation of the creative-sexual potential into energy), as well as the sublimation of the resulting energy into the higher levels of the being, depending on the specific plant used.
Plants can be used in many ways, depending on what we are specifically aiming to awaken in our being. For example, they can be used sequentially, at certain times determined by the cycles of production of specific male and female sexual secretions, or they can be combined and used simultaneously in a single cycle.
In the case of the female structure, the cycle of production of sexual secretions has certain distinct stages, which must be taken into account. A detailed exposition of these elements, as well as the practical ways in which the transmutation of the creative-sexual potential in women can be achieved, is contained in the work "The Mystery of Menstruation".

We will now briefly present some of the beneficial plants that can help tremendously in this direction. For each plant we will indicate its common name, botanical name, the part that is used for that purpose and the optimal dose.

Plants that facilitate the triggering of transmutation and sublimation processes of creative potential-
Through their action of purifying the physical and subtle body and by energizing the energy circulation, these plants have a preparatory role and should be used in the first stage of the systematic program engaged for the transmutation and sublimation of the creative potential. They also have a harmonising effect on the being. Each of these herbs can be used consistently, 1 gram sublingually, in 2-

ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), root
brusture (Arctium lappa), root
marigold (Calendula officinalis), flowers
lichen stone (Cetraria islandica), such as
sticky (Galium aparine), aerial part
neem (Melia azadirachta), leaves
breasts (Galium verum), flowers

Plants that dynamize the processes of transmutation of creative potential-

In particular, these plants facilitate the transformation into energy of the reproductive fluids that exist in the body in physical (material) form. They are usually plants with hot properties or with a spicy, aromatic or bitter taste. They are usually used in smaller quantities.

angelica (Angelica archangelica), root, 0,5 g twice a day
basil (Ocimum basilicum), leaves and flowers, 1 g 4 times a day
cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum), seeds, 0.5 g 4 times/day
obligatory (Acorus calamus), root, 0,5 g 4 times/day
black poplar (Populus nigra), shoots, 0,5 g 4 times/day
sage (Salvia officinalis), leaves, 1 g 4 times/day
St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum), flowers, 1g 4 times/day

Herbs that cause the sublimation of energy arising from transmutation on the higher levels of being

The plants in this group facilitate the ascension of the energy resulting from the transmutation of the creative-sexual potential and then they cause the upward direction of this energy to the higher vibratory levels of the being. They promote the transformation of this energy accumulated in the being as a result of transmutation into higher forms of affective, mental or spiritual energy, thus leading to the awakening and amplification of love, intuition, power of mental penetration, increased capacity for mental concentration, installation of a state of deep calm and elevated interiorisation, maintenance in deep states of meditation. Each of these herbs can be used in 1 gram of finely ground powder, taken 2-4 times a day.

rose (Damask rose), petal
three stained brothers (Viola tricolor), aerial part
