SOME EASY HOME REMEDIES TO CURE CHILDREN'S LITTLE AILMENTS
We will present some other natural recipes for children.
PROPOLIS SYRUP
natural remedy with anti-infective effect
Composition:
50g propolis, 200ml water, 50g honey
Preparation:
Place the propolis and water in a well-seasoned pot and simmer over low heat until the liquid is reduced by half. Stir in honey while still warm (but not above 40°C). Keep cold.
Method of administration:
Children aged 3-6 years are given 1-2 teaspoons a day, children aged 6-9 years 1-3 teaspoons a day, and children aged 9-12 years 3-6 teaspoons a day. Do not give to children allergic to pollen or propolis.

Composition:
50g butter, 100g honey
Preparation:
in a glass or porcelain bowl, mix the ingredients until smooth
Method of administration:
children between 1-3 years are given 1 teaspoon per day, children over 3 years are given 2 to 6 teaspoons per day

POLLEN WITH HONEY
natural remedy that stimulates growth and good body development
Composition:
100g pollen, 100g honey
Preparation:
ground pollen is mixed in a jar with honey
Method of administration:
1-3 teaspoons per day

stimulant, tonic, vermifuge, regulator of digestive functions, restores appetite, removes physical and intellectual fatigue

PASTE OF PELAGIN WITH HONEY
with antitussive effect
Composition:
100g fresh or dried leaves of pelagin, 100g honey
Preparation:
Fresh washed leaves of the pellagin are finely chopped, mixed with honey and left to macerate for 5 days in a cold place. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
In the absence of the fresh plant, the dried and finely ground plant should be used; in this case the shelf life of the preparation is extended up to 6 months.
Method of administration:
1-3 teaspoons per day

EYE COLLYRIUM
natural remedy with eye anti-inflammatory effect
Composition:
1 teaspoon fennel, 100 ml water, 1 teaspoon honey
Preparation:
the crushed fennel fruits are soaked for 6-8 hours in cold water, then strained very well through 3-4 layers of gauze, after which honey is added
Method of administration:
The solution obtained is used to wash the eyes or apply compresses, using sterile gauze. The solution can be used at room temperature or slightly warmed.

BATH WITH PLANTS and WITCHES
natural remedy with calming effect
Composition:
50g rosemary leaves, 50g nalba root, 50g linden flowers, 50g acacia flowers, 100g honey, 3l water
Preparation:
macerate the ground herbs in 3 l of water for 6-8 hours; strain, heat gently (to body temperature), add honey and pour into the bath water
Method of administration:
a bath is taken that lasts 15-20 minutes
Actions:
antiseptic, antispasmodic, regenerative, soothing, anti-inflammatory, healing, tonic, improves sleep
Directions:
excellent before or after periods of intense physical and nervous stress, good for restless children who do not sleep well
