Given the existing situation this year, the Ayurveda Camp 2021 will be held in the distance system, online, in two phases, from 21 - 24 July 2021 and 06 - 09 October 2021. Both Ayurveda course participants and those who do not currently attend Ayurveda courses can participate in the online programme of Ayurveda Camp 2021. Ayurveda Camp 2021 will feature thematic presentations of specific topics in Ayurveda. Participation can be done on pre-registration basis by filling an application form and emailing the completed form to ayusgrup@gmail.com.

Registrations for Ayurveda Camp 2021 can be made before the start of the camp from 14 - 20 July 2021. On the registration form, fill in your full name, the email address used to receive electronic materials and access links, a valid mailing address and a phone number for sending camp materials by postal mail. Once the registration has been validated, each participant will receive an envelope with camp materials by post to the address indicated on the form and a series of details about the programme and participation in the camp by email. Throughout the two stages of the camp, communication of organisational matters will be done by email, and any questions can be addressed to the organisers by email at ayusgrup@gmail.com.

The participation fee for this event is 150 RON for both stages and can be paid between 14 and 20 July 2021 by transfer to the Ayus Group account indicated in the registration form, RO86INGB0000999902964556, with the mention "TA21-E1-E2". Ayurveda lecturers working in AMN-Romania will be able to participate in the camp under the conditions communicated during the regular lecturers' meetings. For those who opt to participate only in stage 1 the participation is 85 ron, can be paid until 20 July 2021, with the mention "TA21-E1". For participants who choose to participate only in stage 2, the participation fee is 125 RON and can be paid until 18 August 2021 for Romania and until 8 August 2021 for other countries, with the mention "TA21-E2". 

The participation contribution can also be paid at the local administrative centres only between 14 and 20 July 2021. A copy of the receipt will be emailed to you during the period indicated. The materials required for the second phase of Ayurveda Camp 2021 will be sent personally to each participant by courier between 01 August 2021 and 20 September 2021. For participants from Romania the courier will be sent free of charge. For participants from other countries any additional courier costs will be communicated personally, depending on the costs involved in the respective mailing.

The detailed programme of the Ayurveda Camp 2021, the presentation of the topics in the programme and the information about the conditions of participation and the presentations in the programme as well as the interactive sessions will be communicated by email personally, after validation of the registration.

We ask participants to clearly fill in the registration form in one of the three available versions (word, pdf, or editable pdf) of their choice, and then send it completed to ayusgrup@gmail.com. When sending the completed form, each participant is requested to attach a copy of the payment document. When registering, participants are requested to indicate in the body of the email the name or call sign they will use in the zoom application, preferably first name followed by first name.
