Hair mask with sesame oil and herbal powders

Make a mask from sesame oil and herbal powders: bhringaraj, amalaki, haritaki, jatamansi, rose, brahmi, vetiver. It can also be left to macerate for 2 weeks, then filter and keep the oil cold.

Apply to hair and scalp, massage gently in circular motions for a few minutes. Hair can be wrapped in aa shower cap and then ina towel and leave for 2 hours. For best results, leave overnight. Use before washing hair. Use sparingly, every few days, and the effects are visible and fast.

This mask prevents hair loss and helps hair growth, combats dandruff and scalp problems, prevents premature bleaching, moisturises damaged ends. It strengthens the roots, making the hair thick and resistant, leaving it silky and shiny.

Hair mask with amalaki oil and herbal powders

Amalaki oil has been used de-over time to improve hair and scalp health. It is one of the oldest natural conditioners and a hair loss treatment.

Make a mask from sunflower oil, sesame oil, almond oil and herbal powders: amalaki, bhringaraj, neem, brahmi, lodhra, henna, tulsi (Indian basil). It can also be left to macerate for 2 weeks, after which the oil is filtered and kept cold.

Apply to hair and scalp, massage gently in circular motions for a few minutes. Hair can be wrapped in aa shower cap and then ina towel and leave for 2 hours. Use before washing hair.

This mask stimulates hair growth and prevents premature bleaching. Combats dandruff and scalp problems. Moisturises split ends, giving hair strength and shine.

Hair mask with oil and nettles

An invigorating scalp massage oil is made from fresh nettle leaves, coated with olive oil and kept in a bowl for a few minutes.a glass jar for 2-3 weeks. Filter the oil and keep cold. Massage this oil into the hair and scalp, leave for at least 30 minutes and then wash thoroughly.

Hair tonic from herbs macerated in alcohol

Macerate the following herbs in alcohol for 15 days: brusture, nettle, walnut leaves, sage, mouse tail, rosemary, neem, amalaki, bibhitaki, haritaki, bhringaraj, brahmi, gotu-kola, ginger. Filter and add neem oil, tea tree essential oil, sage essential oil, lavender essential oil, rosemary essential oil to the liquid.

Dab the scalp with hair tonic, then gently massage it into the roots of the hair. Leave on for 30 minutes, then shampoo hair. Rinse hair thoroughly with water. Finally, rinse hair with water and rose or apple vinegar. Use 2-3 times a week, even without hair washing if possible.

This hair tonic has multiple beneficial therapeutic effects on the hair and scalp: it detoxifies and purifies the scalp, stimulates microcirculation, effectively eliminates dandruff, nourishes and revitalizes the hair from the root, regulates the natural secretion of sebaceous glands, stops hair loss, stimulates hair growth and thickening, treats dermatological problems of the scalp. It is effective against premature graying and hair damage.

Tonic lotion with ginger for oily hair

If the hair is oily, prepare a tonic lotion from water in which the hair ismacerated ginger. Leave it to soak for a few hours, then use the resulting lotion to massage the scalp daily for three weeks. Leave it on for two hours, then rinse the hair with water.

Stimulating hair growth with tinctures

Birch tincture is applied directly to the scalp, as such or in combination with nettle tincture and chilli tincture. The mixture has an excellent anti hair loss action, strengthening the hair root in just one week, applied every other day and kept for at least one hour before washing the hair.

For even better results, it is advisable to leave this tincture mixture to work overnight and wash the hair in the morning, if you really feel the need, or only the following evening.
