UNIVERSAL LAW OF VIBRATION

It is thousands of years since ancient scholars have enunciated this principle of universal movement, or more precisely, of macrocosmic vibration. The third great Hermetic Law, that of Vibration, points to the universal truth that movement manifests itself everywhere in the Universe, that nothing is completely at rest, everything moves, vibrates and transforms cyclically, in cycles that are smaller or larger.

This Hermetic law was recognised and appreciated by the early Greek philosophers, who introduced it into their systems of thought. From-Over many centuries, however, apart from the Hermeticists, most philosophers lost sight of this truth, so that it was not until the nineteenth century that thePhysical science is once again recognising this truth, and 20th century scientific discoveries provide new evidence for the accuracy of this thousands of years old Hermetic doctrine.

This Law explains that the differences existing between the various manifestations of Matter, Energy, Soul and Spirit are all consequences of the general structuring, on distinct levels of vibration of the Universe, and constitute aa divine macrocosmic interplay of the proportions of vibrational frequencies throughout Creation.

VIBRATORY ORDERING

From the subtle, spiritual aspects to the grossest forms of vibratory manifestation, that of matter, everything vibrates. Everywhere the vibratory orderly structuring of the Universe is manifest: the higher the vibrational frequency, the higher the position on the hierarchical scale.vibratory. The vibration of Spirit is so intense and so fast that it practically seems to be at rest, just as a wheel spinning at very high speed seems to be stopped.

At the other end of the Universal vibratory hierarchy are the low frequencies, which make up the apparently coarse forms of matter, whose vibrations are so slow that they seem not to exist, just as, analogically speaking, some very low frequency sounds are not perceived by the human ear, giving the appearance that they do not exist. Between these two extremes of the cosmic vibratory hierarchy are a multitude of different frequencies of vibration that make up the multitude of parallel vibratory worlds.

Thus, from corpuscle and electron, from atom and molecule, to atoms and universes, everything moves, everything vibrates. Modern science has already proved with obvious facts and experiences that everything we call Matter and Energy is nothing but "a vibratory mode of motion" characterized by a certain frequency of vibration and many scientists today agree with the opinion of the initiates who state that even subtle phenomena are nothing but such "modes of vibration or motion" engaged in resonance interactions, ina dynamism that makes up what we call ina common language 'life' (ayus, in Ayurveda).

UNIVERSAL SUBSTANCE (DRAVYA)

But modern science teaches us that elementary (apparently coarse) particles, which also have components: quarks, leptons, baryons, photons, are insuch high dynamics that they cannot exist independently (except for the photon), but only in the structure of elementary particles, so in other words these elementary particles are made up of sub-particles that only exist in relation to each other (or in other words the relation defines them, makes them exist). So, everything that classical science calls "corpuscular" is ina continuous vibration and more precisely it is constituted as a "ball of elementary vibrations". Further on, starting with the photon, we enter the world of waves, vibrations whose main feature is movement. Here mass and all other inertial elements disappear. At this level motion is much greater, energy being one of the main characteristics (in physics the measure of vibration is frequency, and frequency is a characteristic for energy).

This Law of Vibration lays the foundation for a unified understanding of all phenomena occurring in the Universe in that it (this law) highlights the existence of a common "medium" for all phenomena, namely the "resonant field". This is in fact the foundation of the concept of universal substance (DRAVYA), which exists in Ayurvedic thought. So, in reality, any structuring of the universal substance (DRAVYA) is in fact a "resonant field". Minerals, plants, human beings, and the various manifestations in the subtle universes are all resonant fields. And the interactions that take place between them are in fact forms of manifestation of the Fundamental Law of Resonance.

FUNDAMENTAL LAW OF RESONANCE

As we know, the word resonance comes from the Latin "resonate", which means to resound, to repeat a sound or in other words a vibration. Resonance is an extremely complex phenomenon whereby waves or vibrations-energies of the universe, whatever their nature, when propagated from an emitting focus (here called the inductor) can cause certain foci or corresponding zones in various systems (called resonances) to vibrate if one of the natural frequencies of vibration of the resonant system is equal to or very close to the frequency at which the cosmic focus of the inductor vibrates and if the energy carried by its corresponding vibration is sufficiently great in relation to the distance separating the two systems in question so that there is no complete attenuation of the wave along the path between the two systems (inductor and resonant).

What now appears to us as essential for understanding Universal phenomena is how two or more separate objects, beings or even phenomena interact. The Law of Vibration tells us that there is a common medium for all that is manifested, namely the vibrations that form the resonant field.

The fundamental law of Resonance illustrates precisely the interactions between different vibrations and how they compose themselves giving rise to new vibrations. This is why we can say that the Law of Resonance is a Law of Universal interactions. It allows us to understand universal dynamism by identifying the basis of vibrational interdependencies that manifest everywhere in the universe. This is why the fundamental Law of Resonance allows us to understand the dynamism of universal vibratory life.
