Selective Systematic Ayurvedic Index

All the plants selected in the volumes of this Selective Systematic Ayurvedic Index are traditionally used, both in Romania and in Europe, for their many beneficial properties.

The selected plants have been systematized based on an innovative methodology of research and Ayurvedic characterization of plants, which resulted from several years of in-depth study and thorough training in the ancient science of the traditional Ayurveda system.

This work can be an original opening for a new science of human well-being and represents a complex synthesis based both on the basic operating principles of Ayurveda and on a deep knowledge of the structure of the human being. This synthesis illustrates the modern harnessing of fundamental aspects of the age-old science of the traditional Ayurvedic system.
