of this Ayurveda Camp. Before 24 of the 50 meditations will be performed, certain beneficial herbs with healing properties will be presented. At the beginning of each day's meditation programme there will be a meditation whose theme is a first for Ayurveda camps. Meditations in the morning programme start at 11.00 and end at 13.00. The evening meditations start at 19.30 and end at 21.30. A spiritual communion meditation with Ayurvedic sages is integrated into the afternoon hours each day. In the evenings, an example of one of the six Universal Principles of Esoteric Knowledge of Ayurveda is integrated into the programme, followed by a synthesis meditation at the end.
